Please give your name, the organization you represent, your phone number and email address.
:: FREE CONCERTS IN PUBLIC SITES
Los Angeles County-based presenting organizations interested in receiving the application announcement for presenting Free Concerts in Public Sites should
email PublicEvents@arts.lacounty.gov with the subject header PRESENTER APPLICATIONS.
In the body of the email include the organization's name, the name of the proposed concert venue and the LA County city in which it's located, the contact person's name, email address and telephone number, and the month(s) in which your free event or concert series takes place.
:: HOLIDAY CELEBRATION
Los Angeles County-based youth and adult choral groups, music ensembles, and dance companies interested in receiving the application announcement for the Annual Holiday Celebration should
email PublicEvents@arts.lacounty.gov with the subject header HOLIDAY CELEBRATION.
Please include the group's name, discipline, and the main contact person's name, email address and telephone number.
:: MUSICIANS ROSTER
Los Angeles County-based music ensembles interested in receiving the application announcement for the Musicians Roster should
email PublicEvents@arts.lacounty.gov with the subject header MUSICIANS ROSTER.
Please include the group's name and the group leader's name, email address and telephone number in the body of the email. Roster artists can perform up to three concerts per year through the Free Concerts in Public Sites program.
