The Los Angeles County Arts Commission presents
three concerts, free to the public, on consecutive Wednesdays from mid-May
to early June. Called "Munch on Music - Mid-day on the Mall," the series,
created in 1996, is designed to provide outdoor lunchtime entertainment
for downtown employees, especially those who work in the buildings near
the Civic Center. Concerts take place from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on
the mall just south of the County Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration,
across Grand Ave. from the Music Center.
Check back in April 2001 for schedule.
Produced in conjunction with the Recording
Industries' Performance Trust Funds through the the Professional Musicians
Union Local 47.
