Payments
Organizational Grant Program (OGP) grant awards are distributed on a reimbursement basis for expenses that conform to the OGP application approved by the Arts Commission. Organizations may submit up to two invoices each year of the grant period. Final invoices are due no later than May 15 each year.
Please read all invoicing instructions before requesting your reimbursement. For invoicing questions, contact the grants staff at 213.202.5858 or grants@arts.lacounty.gov.
Crediting the Los Angeles County Arts Commission
Grantees are required to recognize support from Los Angeles County by:
(1) Placing the Arts Commission logo on printed materials and/or your Web site;
(2) Adding the Los Angeles County Arts Commission to your list of supporters; and
(3) Using the following credit line on printed materials/Web site (or by verbal announcement):
"This [project/performance/exhibition] is supported, in part, by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors through the Los Angeles County Arts Commission."
