Celebration Entertainment Academy, Inc.
Celebration! is the primary performance ensemble of the Celebration Entertainment Academy, led by executive/artistic director Lawrence V. Fitz and managing director Patricia A. Morris. Celebration! performs as a chamber chorale, vocal-show entertainment ensemble and as the core group for the Academy's annual Summer Theatre Program. This group regularly travels across the country for educational, entertainment and outreach opportunities.
Celebration! was one of a very select group of vocal entertainment ensembles chosen to perform at the American Choral Directors Association Western Regional Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah in March of 2006. This honor is bestowed upon only the finest choral groups in the United States after a rigorous audition and selection process. As an instructional program of the East San Gabriel Valley ROP, the Academy was the proud recipient of the 2005 state and national awards for having Most Innovative Instructional Program as recognized by the Association of Career and Technical Education.
This innovative flagship ensemble currently serves high school and college members (ages 14-24) and adult volunteers who are seeking to broaden their knowledge of the performing arts in a contemporary, tailor-made, excellence-driven setting.
