Mariachi And Folklorico Cielo Nuevo
Mariachi & Folklorico Cielo Nuevo from Middleton Street School will be presenting the music and dance from the mining Central Mexico state of Zacatecas, a state known for its rich colonial history. The segment is entitled "Bailes Antiguos de Nochistlan" or Old Dances from Nochistlan and will mark the first time these dances are performed in the United States. This is a 30-member dance ensemble founded in 2005.
