Motion Tribe

Motion/Tribe is an aerial dance company and will debut on the show with a solo performance blending aerial dance and ballet.  The company is made up of seasoned professional performing artists and aspiring dancers of various backgrounds and skills brought together to collaborate with Artistic Director Marie de La Palme in the creation of new works. The dance vocabulary is specific to the concept at hand, encompassing contemporary ballet, tap, aerial work, yoga, ballroom and modern dance. The repertoire includes several award winning pieces (le Coeur Illumine, Immortal Beloved, The Door and The Cage,) and performances have been presented in Orange County, Los Angeles, Palm Desert and Japan.
