Namasté Women's Choir
The Namasté Women's Choir is a group of women dedicated to learning and performing choral music in a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere. Their focus is inspirational choral music from all traditions, cultures, religions, and belief systems. They are a secular ensemble, using music to elevate themselves and their audiences. Their mission is to introduce the public to the vast beauty of choral music for women, while bringing peace and understanding to the community. At their concerts, they perform music spanning many centuries, while singing in several different languages. They dedicate themselves to the survival of the choral art form by performing many works by living composers at each concert and by holding an annual choral composition
competition.
