The work of the Media Intern will involve creating digital content for ACTA’s social media, blog, and website, while also supporting program-related tasks as needed. The intern will work approximately 15-20 hours a week from June to December 2025. Successful applicants will have an interest in the cultural and community-based arts, and social justice, with strengths in cultural sensitivity, creativity, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
Required qualifications include strong writing and research skills, experience with social media content creation on Instagram and Facebook, basic knowledge of digital media platforms, and an interest in community-based arts or cultural equity. Preferred, but not required qualifications include the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish, or another language besides English.
