Focus, attention to detail, and adaptability are key qualities for the interns. Strong office administration and computer skills are required, including familiarity with or a willingness to learn Google for Business (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc) social media platforms, and Canva. Candidates with experience or coursework in event planning, community building, marketing, handling sponsorships, coordinating partners, and/or volunteer or program management are strongly encouraged to apply. Research experience and an interest in the Los Angeles arts and cultural sector are preferred. The intern should demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and familiarity with performing arts production practices is a plus. Undergraduates majoring in arts management, dance, or related fields are urged to submit your applications, as the company aims to help these students expand their skills and develop into future leaders in the arts and culture sector.
