The resource publication called Part of the Solution: YES to ADU, features concepts for ADUs presented by emerging and established leaders in design and architecture. This publication, which can also be found in all County libraries, is designed to raise awareness about ADUs, stimulate constructive dialogue, and serve as a resource for planners, policy-makers, homeowners, advocates, and communities.

The arts allow us to reimagine the world around us and find innovative ideas for a range of civic issues, said Kristin Sakoda, Executive Director of the Los Angeles County Arts Commission. We were pleased to partner with the LA County Homeless Initiative and colleague agencies on this resource, which artfully selects innovative solutions for our critical housing needs. We look forward to seeing how these designs spark positive change in housing, planning and the meaning of community for Angelenos in the years to come.
