This position will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including event material management, office tasks like document handling and data entry, as well as proactive communication with artists to prepare them for events. They will also assist in event setup and logistics, manage the booking email account, and maintain meticulous records to enhance the organization's effectiveness. This position will work approximately 15-20 hours a week from June 2025 through April 2026.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage stock levels, orders, and maintain accurate records. Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with artists, sponsors, collaborators, and team members. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, especially in record-keeping and document management. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with database management is a plus. Adaptability: The capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently. Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take the lead on projects and problem-solving.
