Join The Robey Theatre Company as a Marketing Intern and immerse yourself in a vibrant, inclusive environment dedicated to elevating diverse voices in the arts. You'll work approximately 15 hours a week from June 2025 to February 2026, leading a dynamic marketing campaign for our upcoming production, Buffalo Meets the Thunder. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in arts marketing while making a meaningful impact in the community.
A passion for the arts, theatre, cultural programming and the transformative power of plays and a keen interest in marketing. We are more interested in attitude than qualifications. But it would be nice if they had experience or an interest in: 1. Social Media: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, including content creation and audience engagement strategies. 2. Content Creation: Strong writing and design skills for producing promotional materials, social media posts, and press releases. 3. Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research to identify audience demographics and preferences. 4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and outreach efforts. 5. Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and derive insights. 6. Team Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with team members and contribute ideas in a collaborative setting.
