Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools. Passion for diversity, social justice, and the arts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative mindset with an eye for visual design. Basic knowledge of analytics and data reporting. Previous experience in social media management or communications is a plus.
